Kim Multop, President and CEO
Ms. Multop has built A Stat Transcription Service, Inc from 15 years industry experience. Prior to founding A Stat Transcription, Ms. Multop was the administration manager of a leading multi-office national transcription service.
She continues today as a champion of accepted transcription practices and advances exceptional educational opportunities for medical transcriptionists.
Ms. Multop’s reputation for patient care and client satisfaction is unequaled.
Cindy Richardson, CMT, Managing Partner
Ms. Richardson brings over 30 years of active leadership in the transcription community. She has taught medical transcription educational programs in Ohio and Florida. She has worked in the hospital and service environment and was a previous service owner for 15 years.
She left the service arena to manage the Preferred Service Provider partnerships for iChart Division of Dictaphone for 5 years, and thus wrote and managed the technical and partner programs for Dictaphone. She brings many years of technical, managerial, educational and hands on experience to A Stat Transcription.
Through active membership in the Association for Healthcare Documentation (AHDI), formerly the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT), Ms. Richardson has held many Florida component offices including Presidency, as well as working on many AHDI committees. She remains actively involved in educational programs within Florida and promotes educational opportunities to MTs.
Pat Bowen, CMT, Educational Director
Ms. Bowen has taught Medical Transcription in schools in Ohio, California, New Mexico and Florida. She is the owner of an online transcription educational facility for MTs as well. She was awarded the AHDI Educator of the Year in 2000.
Ms. Bowen publishes a monthly newsletter, MT Monthly, which keeps MTs informed of industry developments and medical updates vital to MTs. She performs QA and educational reviews for A Stat Transcription.
Charlotte Howell, Director of Marketing & Sales
Ms. Howell’s responsibilities at A Stat Transcription Service Inc include marketing and sales.
She has been a practicing professional in the marketing and sales arena for more than 10 years, the last three years of which have been in the medical transcription industry. Prior to her joining the medical transcription industry, she directed fundraising activities, wrote winning sales proposals, and organized awareness campaigns for various healthcare organizations.
She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Chapter of the American Marketing Association and a graduate of Rollins College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.
